In Episode 74, Tucker takes you back out into the trenches to look at a renovation project in southeast Portland that he purchased last year. Since then it has been a rental, but the time has come to renovate the home and sell it to a new homeowner. This is a large lot and a great property in an area that’s transitioning into a nice little pocket of SE Portland. Tucker takes you through the neighborhood, shows you what other builders are doing and covers the numbers on what he expects out of this project once its completed.
