Real Dealz 68: Rehab Project Wrap-up!
In Episode 68, Tucker takes you back to our major rehab project in Lake Oswego. The finished product will be going on the market in a week and has been completely transformed compared to how it looked when we started. Real Dealz 66: Multi-Million Dollar New Construction Update!
In Episode 66, Tucker takes you back to our amazing “View Lot” that overlooks Lake Oswego. The existing home has finally been torn down and the excavator is finishing the removal of the foundation. This lot is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and once the new home is complete, we expect the final sales price to start with a “2”. Tucker talks about the lot and some of the challenges that he has dealt with in getting approval to rebuild on it. However, as you can see, the view is fantastic and the finished home will be amazing and one of a kind. Real Dealz 62: Six Figure Rehab Deal!

This is a deal that Tucker got through a probate attorney where the previous owners had to move to an elderly home. This house was in pretty bad condition, needed a lot of work and being a split-level home, produced some additional challenges.
