In Episode 62, Tucker takes you back in the trenches with a video update of our high-end rehab deal in Lake Oswego, OR. This is a deal that Tucker got through a probate attorney where the previous owners had to move to an elderly home. This house was in pretty bad condition, needed a lot of work and being a split-level home, produced some additional challenges. Tucker will show you how he reconfigured the floor plan to open it up and make it more livable.
