  1. Hi Tucker, loving the podcast. Quick question for you. Maybe in the near future you could do a segment on analyzing markets and what software etc. that you use to find inventory levels, price per sq/ft and so on. I love the market recaps and would really love some tips on analyzing my market. Thanks again

      Scott,
      Yes, perhaps in the near future we will do a main topic on Market Analysis. We don’t really have a specific software for doing our local market analysis. As you know, we get the monthly RMLS Market Action reports which we would recommend everyone get for their markets, this will help you out a lot. Additionally, we use Redfin.com to look at specific neighborhoods to find what homes sold for, what they’re listed for and how many in a specific area are on the market etc. Redfin doesn’t cover all of the U.S., but other websites like Zillow or Trulia may also work for this.
