In Episode 37, Tucker discusses a topic that many people are experiencing when marketing directly to sellers.  Anytime RE Investors start marketing and negotiating directly with sellers, they’re uncomfortable with this process initially.  While many investors have been in this business a long time, this may be the first time they have had to correspond directly with sellers, so its unfamiliar territory and can be a bit scary.   Tucker explains that these feelings are normal in this business and explains how its necessary in order to continue to grow your business and grow as a person.
