  1. Another great podcast!
    Tucker-
Do you recommend hand addressing envelopes regardless of the letter? If the letter is printed? If the letter is to a probate attorney?

    Thanks for the awesome content!

Yes, we hand address every letter we send out.

      • Great podcast. We do quite a bit of yellow letters and follow up with printed letters, have yet to try postcards but probably should after the third mailing. I was wondering if you use your house buyers site in your non yellow letters or your development site. On those particular letters are you hand addressing as well or using typewritten on an envelope with your letterhead.

I am not sure why I went back and forth between my homebuyers site and the Company (your development) site for so long. I still haven’t decided which one to stick with. I guess I felt that the Company site is very professional and looks great for investors but I didn’t want buyers necessarily linking the two together. Guess it really doesn’t matter. Thought Id ask though.

          Jason,
Yes, that’s the same way we approach it. We try to keep the two brands separate.
We use our “SellToTTM” website on all of our mailings now which is a nicer looking site than the previous site we drove sellers to, ttmcash.com, however the old site still pulls well for us online because of SEO. The TTM Development site is more for the high end retail homes we sell so buyers have a place to go to find out more about our retail product. We’re in the process of revamping the Development site to give it a higher end feel since most our homes now are high end luxury homes.

  2. Tucker-

What is the sequence and number of pieces you send? i.e. Special sauce, yellow letters, postcards.

    Thanks!
